Feng Shihai, Chief Physician, is currently the Administrative Director of the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery, Standing Committee Member of the Chinese Burn Society, Member of the Burn Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Chairman of the Burn Surgery Society of the Tianjin Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Vice Chairman of the Plastic Surgery Branch of Tianjin Medical Association, Vice Chairman of the Tianjin Medical Aesthetics Quality Control Center, Member of the Burn Surgeons Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Vice Chairman of the Burn and Trauma Repair, Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Specialized Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, Member of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, Member of the Burn and Trauma Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Journal of Burns, and Standing Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Journal of Injury Repair and Reconstruction. In 2005, he was awarded the Tianjin “May 1st” Labor Medal, and in 2012, he received the honorary title of “Tianjin Second People-Satisfied Good Doctor.” More than ten papers authored by him have been published in core journals such as the Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery. He has introduced 7 new technologies, including «Repair of Fingertip Injuries Caused by Electrical Burns with a Reverse Island Flap Based on the Adjacent Digital Artery», filling municipal gaps. In 2006, «Application of Irradiated Biological Dressings in Burn Wounds» won the Third Prize of the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award. «Clinical Study of Exfoliated Cells from Tongue Coating in Severely Burned Patients at Different Stages» won the Tianjin Scientific Research Achievement Award. He has a bureau-level research project: «Clinical Significance of Carbonic Anhydrase Measurement in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Electrical Burns». He is currently participating in 4 research projects. Over the past five years, he has successively introduced PICCO volume management technology, water-jet debridement technology, thermal knife technology, and MEEK skin grafting technology. He was the first to introduce these technologies in the field of burns in Tianjin, filling municipal gaps, adding advanced technologies for burn treatment, and improving the cure rate of patients with extensive burns.

Organizes early rescue for various extensive burns, treatment of multiple organ failure, management of various chemical burns, and various skin grafting procedures.
